DanceFlow is a studio management platform designed for dance studios. The service provides tools for:

• Managing instructor schedules and availability
• Booking and tracking private lessons
• Managing student profiles and information
• Tracking attendance and lesson history
• Coordinating studio operations

3. User Accounts

To use DanceFlow, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not share your account credentials with others

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use DanceFlow.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
