What early access means

DanceFlow is in use and still being built. This is what that means for a studio joining now.

    Free while it lasts

    Every feature, for every studio, at no cost. Nothing is held back for a higher tier, because there is only one plan.

    Notice before it changes

    Studios hear well in advance before paid plans begin, so nobody finds a bill they did not expect.

    Help moving in

    Setting up is included: bringing your roster across from a spreadsheet, setting up packages and policies, and running both systems until you are ready.

    Honest about what is missing

    We work closely with the studios we are onboarding now, and the list of what is not built yet is public.

A studio
Free during early access. When paid plans begin, $89 a month or $799 a year, with unlimited students and teachers.
Teachers at the studio
Nothing. Included in the studio's plan, however many there are.
Students and families
Nothing. They pay the studio for lessons, never DanceFlow.
An independent teacher
A solo practice is its own studio in DanceFlow, and free during early access.
Competition organizers
Talk to us. Competitors and judges use the competition portal free. DanceFlow is not NDCA-sanctioned.

Common questions

What does it cost right now?Nothing. DanceFlow is free for studios during early access. Studios will hear well in advance before paid plans begin.
Is there a setup fee?No, and help getting set up is included.
Are there limits on students or teachers?No. The plan covers unlimited students and teachers.
Do you take a cut of lesson payments?No. When a studio connects its own Stripe account, students pay the studio directly and DanceFlow takes nothing.
Is there a trial when paid plans begin?Every new studio gets 14 days free before its first payment, on the monthly or the annual plan. A year costs less than 9 months.
Do students, parents or teachers ever pay DanceFlow?No. Their portals are free. The studio pays for the plan, and it covers every teacher the studio has.
I am an independent teacher. What do I pay?A solo practice is set up as its own studio in DanceFlow, and during early access it is free like every studio. Talk to us about what comes after.
We run competitions. How is that priced?Talk to us. Organizers are working with us on it during early access.
Can we take our records with us if we leave?Yes. The student roster exports to CSV, most reports export to CSV, Excel or PDF, and accounts can be deleted from inside the app.
