Rescheduling and canceling is simple. Just click on any booking, and you can move it to a new time or cancel it. Students can be automatically notified of changes via email or text.
Yes. Teachers can easily set their availability, block off vacation time, holidays, or any periods when they're not teaching. The system automatically prevents bookings during blocked times.
Yes. DanceFlow includes full payment tracking. You can create lesson packages, track what students have paid, what's pending, and maintain a complete financial record for your studio.
Yes, DanceFlow integrates with payment systems to allow students to pay for lessons and packages directly through the platform (payment processing fees apply separately).
The intro offer is $49/month for the first 3 months (then $89/month). It includes unlimited students, teacher scheduling, private lesson booking, student CRM, payments tracking, and free onboarding with data migration (normally $499).
No setup fee during the intro period. Normally there's a $499 onboarding fee, but we're waiving this for new studios during our limited intro offer.
After 3 months at $49/month, the price becomes $89/month. You can cancel anytime if it's not working for you, but most studios find they save far more in time and efficiency than the monthly cost.
