Talk to the people building it
DanceFlow is in early access, and we work closely with every studio and organizer using it.
What are you getting in touch about?
The answer may already be a click away.
You run a studio and use something else today
Moving over takes an afternoon of setup and a couple of weeks of running both systems. Students, families, package balances and money owed come across from a spreadsheet.
You teach independently
Your own practice, your own students, and floor fees counted as the expense they are.
You take lessons at a studio on DanceFlow
Your studio gives you your access code, and can answer questions about your lessons, packages and invoices faster than we can.
You are a parent
The studio invites you to the parent portal with a code, which is what connects you to your child's record.
You organize a competition
Tell us the event, the date and how many floors, and whether you already use a scrutineering system.
You want to know what it costs
Free for studios during early access, one plan after that, and never anything for students or parents.
When you write, it helps to include
- Your studio or event name, and roughly how many students or entries
- What you use today, if anything, including spreadsheets
- The one thing you most want to stop doing by hand
- If something is not working: which screen, and what you expected to happen
