1. Who they are
The companies DanceFlow uses to run the service. Each one is here because the software calls it. A studio that never turns a feature on never reaches the company behind it.

Always: everything a studio keeps is stored here. Company based in the United States. - Netlify · Hosting of the website and the web app
When someone opens the website or the web app. The iPhone app does not go through it. Company based in the United States. - Stripe · Card payments from students and families to their studio, through the studio's own Stripe account
Only if the studio connects its own Stripe account to take cards, or pays for a DanceFlow plan by card. Company based in the United States. - Resend · Sending email
When the studio sends email: reminders, invoices and announcements. Company based in the United States. - Twilio · Sending text messages and receiving STOP replies
Only if text messages are set up, and only to people who agreed to receive them. Company based in the United States. - Apple · Push notifications to iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch (Apple Push Notification service)

2. When this list changes
A new company is added to this page before DanceFlow starts using it, and the date at the top changes.
There is no analytics, advertising, crash reporting or AI provider on this list, because none is used.
