DanceFlow
AI Front Desk · Coming soon

Your front desk, awake at 9:47 PM.

An AI receptionist built for dance studios, working inside DanceFlow. It answers every call in your studio's name, books intro lessons into your teachers' real availability, handles cancellations under your own policy and texts the confirmation. You see every call.

Coming soon. Piloting with a ballroom studio first.

Why it matters

The calls you miss are the dancers you never meet.

A studio's phone rings while its teachers are teaching and after the doors close. Every unanswered intro call is a couple, a bride or a beginner who tried once and moved on.

Old vs new

The front desk, before and after.

A call at 9:47 PM

The old way: Voicemail. They call the next studio on the list.

With AI Front Desk: Answered on the first ring, intro booked before they hang up.

Booking an intro

The old way: "We'll call you back tomorrow," then days of phone tag.

With AI Front Desk: Real times from your teachers' real week, booked while they are on the line.

Cancelling a lesson

The old way: A message nobody writes down, then an argument about the fee.

With AI Front Desk: Your policy read word for word, the cost said plainly, the change confirmed by text.

Into the system

The old way: Retyped from a sticky note into a spreadsheet, if at all.

With AI Front Desk: Already in DanceFlow: the lesson, the lead and the transcript.

The old way: Whatever the person at the desk speaks.

With AI Front Desk: English, Finnish, Russian, German, Italian and Spanish.

Knowing what happened

The old way: Nobody knows which calls were missed.

With AI Front Desk: Every call, its transcript and its outcome, in one list.

Cost

The old way: A person at the desk for every hour the phone might ring.

With AI Front Desk: From $79 a month, on top of your DanceFlow plan.

How it works

Four steps, and the phone is answered.

    Forward your number

Keep the number your students know. Forward it after hours, when nobody picks up, or always.

    It answers as your studio

Your greeting, your voice, your languages. It says it is an AI assistant before anything else.

  3. 3

    It works inside DanceFlow

Real availability, real packages, your intro offer and your policies. Nothing is made up.

  4. 4

    You see every call

Every call with its transcript and outcome, and a Needs a human inbox for the rest.

Ballroom and Latin studios

Intros, packages and couples, against each teacher's own week.

Dance schools for children

Parents get answers about classes, terms and what to bring.

Independent teachers

Your phone answered while you teach at three studios in one day.

Competition organizers

Questions about entries, schedules and tickets, later on.

Safe by design

It never pretends, and it never guesses.

  • It says it is an AI first

Every call opens with your studio's name, that this is an AI assistant, and whether the call is recorded.

  • It only says what DanceFlow knows

Prices, times and policies come from your studio's settings. Anything else becomes a message.

  • Your words, read verbatim

Cancellation and refund policies are quoted exactly as you wrote them.

  • It checks who is calling

Before it talks about anyone's lessons, it texts a code to the number on file.

  • You decide what it may do

Start with questions and messages, then allow intros, cancellations and bookings, one switch at a time.

  • Money stays human

It never takes card numbers, gives refunds or waives fees. It texts a secure payment link instead.

FAQ

Questions

Does it replace my receptionist?

No. It answers the calls nobody can: after hours, during lessons, on busy evenings. Your team keeps the welcome at the door.

Will callers know it is an AI?

Yes. It says so in its first sentence and always answers truthfully if asked. The law requires it in the EU and several US states, and it is the right thing to do.

What if it does not know the answer?

It says it would rather not guess, takes a message and puts it in your Needs a human inbox.

Can it take payments?

Not over the phone. Where your studio takes card payments online, it texts a secure payment link.

Where will it be available?

The United States and Finland first, then more countries after the pilot.

When is it coming?

We are piloting it with one ballroom studio first, so it works before it is yours. Studios on the list hear first.
